COVID-19
People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. Anyone can have mild to severe symptoms.
THE NEW NORMAL FOR EACH HEALTH
The Philippines is shifting to a “new normal” in March, with masks essentially the only restriction left to guard against the spread of the coronavirus. The government’s task force against Covid-19 announced on Sunday (Feb 27).
COVID-19 TREATMENT
If you have COVID-19 and are more likely to get very sick from COVID-19, that can reduce your chances of being hospitalized or dying from the disease. Medications to treat COVID-19 must be prescribed by a healthcare provider or pharmacist and started 5–7 days after symptoms appear.

Types of Vaccines
- Novavax COVID-19 vaccine which is a protein subunit vaccine.
- Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines which are mRNA vaccines.
